Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are shipped using Expedited (Canada, US) or ground (International) . All orders require 24-48 hours of processing time before shipping. DiFFs Clothing does not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Recipients of orders shipped are responsible for complying with local tax laws.
International Shipping
We ship Worlwide. For orders shipped outside of Canada, United States, your order will be shipped via Canada Post- Ground Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 10 days of shipment to US and Canada. Other International takes 8 weeks.All payments are made in Canadian Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.
Returns
3 REASONS FOR RETURNS:
1. Wrong Size.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Defective Item.
All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Also include the original invoice
* Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
You must ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or it becomes null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges,
Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RA# and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
